Clinical partner for validation of robotics products and services

Description

The Don Gnocchi Foundation is the largest private nonprofit organization in the field of rehabilitation in Italy FDG will serve as clinical partner for validation of robotics products and services. FDG will contribute to the provision of user driven requirements to provide initial guidelines for implementation of robotic devices, in addition FDG will give clinically-educated suggestions to develop tools that are in agreement with the most recent guidelines for therapy planning. FDG will use its skills, logistics and clinical resources to set up pilot testing of robotic products in clinical scenario. Furthermore, FDG has labs dedicated to the instrumented assessment of human motion and a smart home that can be used to validate the solutions stemming from the interaction with other partners.
