Abstract
The goal of the project is to promote the robot-assisted Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) diagnosis and treatment that represent a cutting-edge approach in the field of vestibular medicine. BPPV, characterized by sudden, intense bouts of dizziness, is commonly caused by displaced inner ear crystals. Traditional diagnostic methods involve manual maneuvers, but robot-assisted techniques aim to enhance precision and effectiveness. This technology contributes to personalized medicine by tailoring treatment based on individual patient data. Robot-assisted BPPV management represents a transformative leap, optimizing precision, consistency, and accessibility in vestibular medicine. By analyzing individual patient data, these robotic systems can tailor treatment protocols based on specific characteristics, ensuring a more targeted and efficient approach to resolving BPPV symptoms. The dissemination materials include text description, videos and footage of the healthcare robot. |
