The DIH-HERO Technology Demonstrator Call 2022 is still open

Our aim is to accelerate the development of Healthcare Robotics by demonstrating the feasibility of new, innovative and enhanced robotic solutions in healthcare application domains.

We hereby invite you to submit your application for the 3rd DIH-HERO Technology Demonstrator Call until 30 April 2022. Each selected project will be funded with an amount of up to €100,000.

For further information and to get to the application portal just visit our website at

Healthcare professionals input needed!

If you work in hospitals or care homes, please use this unique opportunity to contribute DIH-HERO assessment of needs and barriers in the adoption of robotics technologies in healthcare by filling in the DIH-HERO short survey (5-10 min):

https://dih-hero.eu/questionnaire-for-assessment-of-needs-and-obstacles-in-adoption-of-robotic-technologies/

We would like to get to know your perspective.

Industry input needed!

DIH-HERO is collecting information about the best-practices used and the barriers or needs found in software development and systems interoperability for healthcare robotics.

Therefore, we would like to getin a short survey inputs from industry who develop robots for healthcare. The information collected will help the DIH-HERO consortium give support to companies developing robots for healthcare.

If you are interested in supporting us with your experience we kindly ask you to fill in the questionnaire:

Workshop on healthcare robotics and virtual reality

17th May 2022

Many companies on the healthcare robotics market struggle with a growing number of regulations and standards. In this workshop, several international experts on standards will share their knowledge on best practices and recommendations for healthcare robotics systems focused on software development, interoperability and human-robot interfaces. Moreover, there will be an open discussion of the audience and the invited experts on healthcare robotics technologies. The event will interact with a parallel workshop on virtual reality and tactile feedback, for those companies looking for innovative interactive interfaces, organized by the European TACTILITY project consortium.
