LSI offers a service that involves facilitation of projects and establishments of partnerships. This service both implies market- and business development. LSI considers market development being rather relevant and crucial, if a given solution is to be demanded and sold afterwards to the customers. The market development therefore concerns the matches between needs and solutions. A lot of companies, within the business, experience difficulties with matching the demands and wishes from the municipalities, hospitals and The North Denmark Region. Therefore, LSI facilitates a collaboration between the public- and the private sector, in which the needs are identified, and solutions are qualified on an early stage with a valuation. Furthermore, in relation to business development, it concerns the activities and tools, that support the development of the business- and market competencies in the companies. One activity in which LSI works with business development, is by going through individual evaluations and by giving competent feedback to a company’s business plan.
