Description

Vicomtech’s facilities host a realistic operating room (OR) for validation of medical robotics technologies, including imaging equipment (surgical microscopy, endoscopes and ultrasound), intra-operative navigation devices (optical and electromagnetic), multi-DoF collaborative robots, phantoms, patient simulators and video recording equipment. These facilities are highly appropriate for early-phase validation of medical robotics technologies in a relevant environment.
