The Ave Maria Foundation is a private non profit based in Sitges. Created in 1987, with the aim of improving the quality of life and offering assistance to people with intellectuall disabilities throught its technological programs. Within its services, a residential care facility provides permanent support to 70 users with severe intelectual disability in a fully operational Pilot Plant. The Ave Maria foundation has signed agreeements with the major sector entities and federations, has taken part in numerous competitive calls and has been granted different national and internation innovation prizes.
